Never worn, stunning Walter Steiger arch revelers. The texture of the upper is quite unusual and therefore difficult to explain but it feels like felt or suede with black in a design that resembles cracked reptile skin. Then on top of this is an overlay of plastic dots.  The heels are gorgeous, black wooden inverted pyramids with a sensuous inward curve. Never worn, new, made in Italy. Size 8.5B.
